Q1 –What are the minimum storage terms?
Storage terms are a minimum of one month’s rental. This needs to be paid in advance prior to moving in. The term will automatically renew for as long as required thereafter – billed monthly. 14 Days notice must be given prior to vacating.
Q2 – How do I know how much space I will require?
We can provide estimates on your needs over the phone. We always recommend visiting the site to view the size unit(s) discussed, and this you helps to visualize the usage. To be entirely accurate you may require a written quote from your removalist which will give you a ‘Cubic’ amount to work with.
Q3 – Can I still get FREE LOCAL REMOVAL if I live outside of the nominated range?
We may (at our discretion) still be able to provide a FREE Removal Service if you live beyond the zone described in the terms. The additional distance means we must take into account factors such as time and size of the job. To accommodate further costs, we would need to agree on an additional service fee prior to accepting the job.
Q4 – What if I don’t need 3 months storage but still want the FREE LOCAL REMOVAL?
In many instances paying for 3 Months Storage is still far cheaper than paying for a standard removal and just one months storage. By paying for the 3 Months you would secure the use of the space for that whole period – which gives you breathing space. You are free to move out at any time within the 3 Month period – however this period is non-refundable.
Q5 – What if I would like to stay longer than 3 months?
You can remain storing for as long as your require. Storage fees bill monthly and you are required to pay in advance – you will need to provide 14 days notice prior to vacating. |
